About Luke Francis

Through the Francis Group, Luke serves churches in seasons of refocusing and renewing their pursuit of leadership mobilization and missional culture. Over the last decade, Luke has guided leadership teams in their journeys through tailored 1-1 and group engagements. His steady influence as a strategic shepherd can be found behind many of today’s leading church expressions across North America.

He has earned Master’s Degrees from Wheaton College and Ohio University, as well as an Executive Non-Profit Leadership Certificate from Indiana University. Additionally, he holds accreditations in StratOp, LifePlan, Insights Discovery, and Prosci’s Change Management. Utilizing his second-chair leader gifting, Luke serves as a Senior Leadership Associate with the Slingshot Group and as an Executive Pastor. Luke is an avid golfer and is the Co-Founder of The Cowboy Cup- a golf retreat for pastors. He and his family live in Dayton, Ohio.
